Job Summary
Provides direct support to Clinical Research Coordinators in the completion of protocol-specific study goals while observing strict adherence to ICH GCP protocol and site guidelines and policies Creating maintaining patient charts for all assigned studiesPreventing participant visits based on CRCs schedule ensuring all source documents assessments lab kits and other visit materials are available accurate Filing of lab results EKG results and other communication in designated patient chartsMaintaining inventory of study specific supplies including lab kits assessments participant facing materialsTimely completion of data entry query resolution for all CRFs based on sponsor specific timelines deadlines established contract or other communicationCommunicating with study participants caregivers third party vendors laboratories as neededAssisting Coordinators with scheduling copying faxing clerical tasksAiding Coordinators in the facilitation of study monitoring visitsCompletion daily responsibilities delegated by CRC as they pertain to the study participantsAssumes duties responsibilities assignedThe above responsibilities general description level nature work assigned classification not be considered inclusiveEducationExperienceSkillsInterest knowledge specific study indicationsExcellent computer skills advanced knowledge electronic equipment ie email computer fax machine copier etcSkilled organization record maintenanceSkilled developing maintaining effective working relationships supervisors coworkersStrong personal initiative attention detailAbility react calmly effectively emergency situations Ability interpret adapt apply guidelines proceduresClearly communicate orally verballyWorking ConditionsIndoor Office environmentEssential physical requirements include sitting typing standing walkingLightly active position occasional lifting up poundsReporting work scheduled essentialCenExel Clinical Research Equal Opportunity EmployerAll applicants will be considered employment without regard race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran status.
