Job DescriptionA Portland company is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Processor for a project handling the daily processing of accounts payable, including voucher coding and preparation, vendor management, monthly statement reconciliation, and A/P aging analysis. The position also requires higher level A/P tasks such as trust requisition, cash requirements analysis and fund / project accounting.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The duties listed cover the principal duties of the position and are not all-inclusive.
Associates' degree in Accounting and 2+ years accounting experience or more than 5 years of accounting experience required. Advanced capabilities using a) Microsoft Word & Excel, and b) 10-key required. Experience with a) Automated Purchasing, and b) Fund (or Project) Accounting highly desirable.
Starting pay is $ $37.16 per hour, depending upon experience, for this Direct Hire position with a 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, M-F, schedule.
