Description

The Office Warehouse Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both administrative and warehouse functions within the company. This position requires a combination of organizational skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in warehouse operations. The Office Warehouse Lead oversees administrative tasks, manages inventory, supervises warehouse staff, and coordinates with various departments to optimize efficiency and productivity.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emails from clients.
- Report any issues related to orders and ensure timely resolution.
- Confirm delivery time windows and address any client inquiries regarding our services.
- Complete weekly reports, including filling out spreadsheets with storage revenue, return inventory, and total deliveries for the week.
- Assist in various tasks as needed.
- Fill in for other positions in the absence of team members.
- Cross-train to cover multiple positions within the warehouse.
- Provide physical coverage for the office in the event of the hiring manager's absence.
