- Evaluate participants for job readiness, educational and training needs, and support requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor personalized development plans by setting suitable goals and objectives.
- Responsible for training new employees as part of the training team. Offer guidance and support in areas such as career exploration, social and emotional skills, professional conduct, and attendance. Make referrals to other services when necessary.
- Monitor employee attendance, analyze progress, and participate in corrective action meetings. Maintain detailed case notes for evaluations and handle confidential matters efficiently.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with individuals, referral sources, families, and Goodwill staff. Collaborate with various departments to address participant needs. Stay informed about community resources and assist participants in accessing them.
- Arrange internal staff meetings to enhance communication and consistency.
- Carry out additional projects, duties, and responsibilities as required.
- Minimum of two years of college education or equivalent experience, and at least 3 years of experience.
- Background in vocational rehabilitation (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology) to support evaluations and development plans.
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Knowledge of job training methods and principles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Proficiency in Spanish or American Sign Language preferred.

Description
The Case Manager for the NSGL is responsible for implementing strategies aimed at achieving the goals of the organization and providing employment support and training for participants of the Goodwill Workforce Development program. The Case Manager works on projects that may span several months.
RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Execute strategies to reach the goals of the organization and provide employment support and training for participants in the Goodwill Workforce Development program. Maintain policies, procedures, and programs. Involved in projects and tasks over an extended period.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Plan and execute work effectively to fulfill job responsibilities and special assignments. Play a role in formal projects or within the department. Adapt to changes and communicate appropriately.
