    Summary



    This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies for Supervisory Contract Specialists at Marine Corps Systems Command. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.



    Duties

    • You will serve as a recognized authority/advisor and/or senior manager to the Commander/Executive Director/Director/Program Manager.
    • You will be an authority when making contractual decisions and procurement policies/procedures and recommendations.
    • You will analyze, evaluate, and review proposed and on-going procurement and cost and pricing data for highly complex multi-year acquisition of major systems.
    • You will serve on a variety of high level boards and committees including representation and/or liaison with Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Navy (DON), and Marine Corps (MC).
    • You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust priorities, evaluate work performance of subordinates, give advice or instruct employees, and identify developmental and training needs.
