- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Implement behavior intervention plans as developed by the BCBA to target skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in home, school, or community settings.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using established data collection methods.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure treatment plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers to provide updates on client progress and recommendations for home-based interventions.
