- Process in-bound and out-bound orders and verify accuracy of orders.
- Generate orders by performing data-entry into Microsoft Excel.
- Provide customer service and respond to order inquiries for cafés distributed out of Northern and Sothern California.
- Answer questions pertaining to order status, review overages, shortages and damages and issue credits accordingly.
- Process will call, prepare invoices, print packing slips, and check inventory levels using in-house computer system, R365.
- Coordinate with 3PL transportation companies.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
- At least 1 year of logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform office support duties, including data-entry.
- Basic-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- No lifting requirements.
- Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
