- Hiring a Software Developer for a leading supplier of energy products and services.
- Hybrid Houston, TX (once a month in office)
- $38-40/hour based on benefits
- Process customer communication notices, invoices, marketing materials, and letters with precision and attention to detail
- Coordinate with multiple print vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
- Perform quality control processes on customer communication templates to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Utilize various internal systems, including PowerBi and Salesforce, to manage data and track processes
- Collaborate with the project coordinator to transition from PP7 to Connect, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption
- Customize communication templates based on market trends, specific requests, and document types
- Conduct QC checks on templates and implement necessary changes to meet quality standards
- Ensure all communication is formatted correctly and adheres to regulatory compliance and internal business rules
- Work closely with the marketing and fulfillment teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
