- Management: Oversee technicians, payroll, regulatory compliance, and quality/risk management initiatives, ensuring seamless operations.
- Experience: 3-5 years of acute care pharmacist experience, with a focus on operational excellence. PGY2 residency in admin is a plus
- Licensing: Must be a licensed pharmacist in Florida, with a passion for advancing pharmacy practices.
