    Attract customers and employees to TLC Electronics through messaging such as our company purpose, product information, and promoting our services.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    This position is required to assure compliance of company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practice and company documented procedures (including but not limited to Quality Systems Regulations, ISO 9001/13485, government occupational health and environment regulations and statues)Company ImageCore ResponsibilityRecommend and create new branding campaignsUpdate all outward facing documents, literature, and website contentCreate pleasing external and internal aesthetics related to the companyMarketing StrategyCore ResponsibilityDetermine marketable capabilitiesOversee marketing budgetAssist in defining company niche areasDevelop and implement overall marketing strategyCollaboratively responsible for employee club planning and implementation of company events, as well as promote externallyResearch and position TLC within competitive marketTechnology ResourcesCore ResponsibilityUtilize different platforms, such as social media, to promote capabilities, product, and company purposeAnalyze and increase overall company SEOResponsible for overall look/feel for the company website, creating a positive customer experienceProvide training to the company on web-based strategies, including social media and website campaignsSales SupportSecondary ResponsibilityProvide backup to roles within the sales departmentAttend and participate in sales meetingsHost or attend sales/marketing trade shows, events, and meetingsOther duties as assigned

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    Strong knowledge of Internet use.
    Must be self-motivated and self-directed while being a goal oriented and organized team player.
    Ability to visualize, create, and implement marketing and advertising concepts.
    Strong verbal skills and written skills including presenting information to diverse groups of people.
    Ability to work closely with many personality types in numerous environments, while remaining professional and courteous.
    Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
    Strategic planning with an ability to think ahead over a 1-3-year time span.


    Qualifications:
    MinimumBachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience.2+ years in professional Marketing role.
    Prior experience in building a marketing brand from concept to implementation/execution.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and CRM utilization.
    Prior experience using Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop, or similar software platforms.


    Preferred:
    Master's Degree in related field5+ years in Marketing positionFamiliar with Magento/Word press website platforms, or similarPrevious experience in manufacturing and/or distribution company#J-18808-Ljbffr
