Site Safety Manager - Pecos

Job summary
Provides safety leadership and technical support to operations and project teams, reports out safety performance Advises Operations Team and Project Managers on Company contractual and regulatory safety requirements during work planning Reviews site safety plans risk assessments permits and related documentation escalates issues as needed to the Senior Safety Manager Conducts regular job-site audits and inspections to identify hazards ensures safe work practices jobsite conditions Leads new hire site-specific safety orientations toolbox talks weekly safety meetings Responds to reports of incidents leads conducts supports investigations communicates findings with Senior Leadership as needed Ensures compliance with Company customer site OSHA applicable regulatory standards verifies maintains required documentation Develops competencies identification strengths opportunities for improvement Coordinates facilitates tracks required training maintains necessary certifications Utilizes Company systems software manage incidents inspections corrective actions Monitors subcontractor activities compliance with Company customer jobsite general contractor requirements Travel may be required.
