    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    We are seeking a strong candidate to fill the

    IT Data Loss Prevention Technical Lead

    position.
    You will be working in a

    DLP Engineering, Architecture Lead


    capacity across the enterprise to define and implement new technical capabilities and improvements in Data Loss detection and prevention based on desired outcomes and emerging trends.

    Some of the areas of focus include identifying and implementing enhanced solutions and processes, applying advanced threat and risk protection and improving data classification compliance.


    YOU WILL:


    Utilize expert knowledge of security design principles to design, implement, and manage end-to-end security solutions with a focus on data loss detection and prevention.

    Apply continuous improvement by assessing the client's evolving data security needs and provide recommendations to enhance our overall data security posture.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data protection solutions into existing IT infrastructure.
    Conduct a thorough analysis of data protection requirements, architecture, and policies.
    Develop and maintain documentation for security configurations, guidelines, and best practices.
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and Zscaler platform updates to ensure proactive security measures.
    Provide technical expertise in creating and maintaining data protection roadmaps.
    Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues related to data protection services.


    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Strategic Leadership and Technical Expertise:
    Provide strategic direction and advanced

    technical expertise for end-to-end DLP processes , aligning seamlessly with business outcomes.

    Work with Product Portfolios (SIP, Personal Productivity, Digital Collab), Enterprise Architecture, Data, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure that technical strategy is aligned with the needs of the DLP business requirements.

    Develop and implement technical DLP strategies to safeguard sensitive data.

    Technical Roadmap and Integration:


    Drive the development and implementation of the overall technical DLP roadmap, closely collaborating with architects, and product portfolios, and enabling workstreams to deliver targeted business outcomes.

    Lead efforts with cross-functional teams to integrate DLP solutions seamlessly into existing IT infrastructure.

    Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership:
    Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical DLP strategies and accordingly.
    Lead a team of DLP professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous technical improvement.

    Continuous Improvement and Industry Awareness:


    Foster a culture of continuous technical improvement, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the organization's DLP capabilities.


    Legal and Regulatory Compliance:


    Oversee the design and implementation of technical measures to mitigate data loss risks, ensuring meticulous technical compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

    Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements through technically sound solutions.
    Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.

    Technology Selection and Alignment:
    Evaluate and select DLP tools aligned with organizational objectives.

    Product Portfolio Alignment and Holistic Collaboration:

    Act as main customer for Product Portfolio squads accountable for DLP tools to ensure that DLP business requirements are enabled by the technical solutions.


    Program Success and Long-term Implementations:


    Play a pivotal role in the DLP Program team to ensure delivery of 'No regret' protections, Proof of Concept, Pilot, and GA deployments align with business requirements and value delivery roadmap.

    Drive technology implementations supporting the long-term DLP processes and organization.


    YOU'RE GOOD AT
    Securing Digital Assets in large enterprise environments
    Engineering and implementation of complaint-flexible and scalable protection solutions
    Maintain knowledge base and 'as built' documentation for data protection services
    A high degree of comfort with a high volume of change in operating environments
    Successful in communications with skilled technologists and non-technical stakeholders
    Ability to work in an Agile environment leveraging strong work management, organizational and planning skills.
    Adept at consensus building between stakeholders where competing priorities exist, providing well-honed influencing skills
    You're able to effectively handle difficult situations with poise, tact, and patience, while demonstrating a sense of urgency

    YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
    Minimum

    6+ years of data protection and or security engineering experience with large-scale implementations distributed globally.
    Proven experience as a Security Solutions Architect, with a focus on data protection technologies
    In-depth knowledge of enterprise security, cloud security, and cyber threats
    Strong understanding of the current state of the industry data protection platforms, features, and capabilities
    Demonstrated ability to design and implement security solutions for diverse environments.
    Excellent communication skills for user and leadership interactions and team collaboration
    Familiarity with international compliance standards and regulations
    Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
