    Resident Advisor/Tutor - Diversity and Inclusion | Administration

    Job Description:

    • Ensure all necessary documents are ready for the application process.
    • Review and update candidate profile before submitting application.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide personal, social, or skill development programming for a 10-student unit.
    • Actively supervise students during all program activities.
    • Organize and provide tutoring for 1.5 hours each evening.
    • Attend daily and weekly staff meetings.
    • Transport students as needed.
    • Accompany students who seek medical attention.
    • Communicate needs and concerns to appropriate staff.

    Requirements:

    • Prefer experience working with economically and educationally disadvantaged youth.
    • High School diploma or GED.

    This position entails continuous interaction with students and limited personal time, requiring dedication to working with young people.

    Shift: Varying Shifts

    Additional Information:

    • Hourly rate is $13 with overtime pay.
    • Free room during training and summer program.
    • Portion of pay withheld for retirement system, refundable upon termination of employment.
    • The Ohio State Wooster is home to The Ohio State University's Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
