    Description

    CRAIG WILSON is seeking a passionate leader to join our organization

    With a rich history spanning over 120 years in the industry, we are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to our team. The primary responsibilities include servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, fostering new relationships through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to achieve these goals. As you progress, you will evolve into the role of Agency Director by mastering essential skills and processes.

    This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor new team members
    • Provide daily reports using Salesforce CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Effective time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Proficiency in high-paced and stressful environments
    • Passion for aiding others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated and achievement-oriented mindset
    • Active involvement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
