- Identify and execute policy and process improvements.
- Work with our customer support services to ensure all customer issues are effectively resolved.
- Act as an advocate for the use of the LMS throughout Webco Industries and its subsidiaries, assisting in the implementation of LMS features and functions in learning organizations throughout the company and facilitating communication programs.
- Organize and facilitate the education of training administrators on the use of the LMS.
- Facilitate the generation of reports, development of new reports and will work with the centralized reporting team to facilitate issue resolution and process improvements.
- Support the rollout of learning campaigns throughout the company.
- Ability to creatively and quickly solve typical issues related to the operation of an LMS.
- Travel to all Webco facilities as required.
- Record and edit video footage pertaining to training and development
- A.S. or B.S. degree preferred but not required; equivalent industry experience and knowledge of systems and standards is an acceptable alternative.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience in managing or facilitating a self-paced learning environment preferred
- Previous experience in video editing software preferred
- Highly motivated individual with a desire to succeed through self-discipline and personal initiative.
- Must be capable of planning and scheduling work week based on various interruptions and Divisional production schedules.
