- Manage collections and credit in B2B sales.
- Establish and enforce billing, collections, and credit policies.
- Handle lines of credit for domestic and international clients.
- Reduce account delinquency and improve DSO.
- Conduct daily risk assessments and stay updated on industry trends.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and approve special payment terms.
- Resolve collection issues through frequent client interaction.
- Maintain international bank relationships and facilitate payments.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and reconcile government billings.
- Oversee 2 accounts receivable direct reports.
- Enhance team communication and productivity in accounts receivable.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business-related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in collections and billing.
- Experience with letters of credit and international credit risk mitigation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience working in an ERP system required; familiarity with EPICOR preferred.
