- Audit incoming railcar repair invoices and exceptions to verify accuracy and compliance with AAR rules
- Review repair estimates to ensure that all repairs are necessary proper and correctly billed
- Work with internal operations and external repair shops to resolve billing issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
