Development and management company are looking for someone to add to the current staff. To allow the team to more effectively cross train and focus on building improvements vs. just keeping up with the day-to-day responsibilities.

Location is in beautiful Boulder with open space surrounding both properties. Low key tenants creating a great work atmosphere in a beautiful setting.

Job Description:
Responsible for hands on management at five office/flex buildings in two locations just 5 minutes from eachother.

Will be responsible for assisting tenants with all their requests including knowledge of dual system rooftop units, hot water heaters, elevators and life/safety systems.

Must be self-driven and motivated individual that doesn't need to be told what to do. Looking for someone to take lead and manage inventory control process and efficient ordering process. On-call responsibility for nights and weekends if needed.

Requirements:
Experienced individual with plumbing, electrical, rooftop heating/cooling units. Licenses and certifications in specific areas are very desirable. Extremely detail oriented, professional, with excellent customer service skills. Individuals must have their own automobile and a great driving record. Previous experience working on office buildings is a requirement. A self-starter that doesn't need to be told what to do and can help initiate value-add projects. Strong organization and computer skills as we convert to a paperless community.

Someone that is a leader and understands the importance of leading by example and teaching the other technicians the right way to do things.

Strong English verbal and non-verbal skills.

Compensation:
