    Description


    Vestmark is searching for a talented, creative individual with a passion for writing to join our Cyber Security Compliance team.

    The Compliance Specialist will partner with various departments to gather information to deliver exceptional responses and professionally polished client Due Diligence Questionnaires.

    In this role, you will drive the development of these documents by working with subject matter experts across the organization to create accurate documentation that can be leveraged with all client communications.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


    Develop responses to Client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) that continually highlight Vestmark's strategic advantages of scalability, flexibility, and innovation in the Wealth Management market space.

    Analyze DDQ requirements to develop a response strategy and ensure that contributors follow outlined processes.

    Ensure DDQ content follows Vestmark's messaging and branding standards.

    Provide internal and external audit support. Manage SOC audits. Prepare responses by determining concept; gathering and formatting information, inputting proper corporate branding elements, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.

    Manage project deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering which include; writing, reviewing, approvals, entering and monitoring data, coordinating requirements with contributors, providing status updates in review meetings, and transmitting the information.

    Provide policy management support.

    Participate in Vendor Risk Assessments


    Develop, leverage, and update our response automation system and policy management system to ensure the highest quality output is achieved for each response.

    PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Management of Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Computer Science

    2-5 years of experience writing proposals or compliance reporting

    Ability to multitask and manage priorities

    Positive attitude and energy

    Highly collaborative team player

    Exceptional written communication and editing skills

    Solid project management skills

    Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and Salesforce

    Understanding of the Wealth Management Industry to effectively position our solutions

    Strong communication skills; able to respond and exchange ideas clearly and effectively through writing, speaking, and sharing appropriate information to keep people informed
