Job DescriptionWe are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $85,000 - $117,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Applicant must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• CRM experience preferred
• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
