    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPelican Bay Foundation is the premier luxury community in Naples, FL.

    One of the area's largest exclusive enclaves, situated on more than three square miles and bordered by pristine white-sand beaches, our community offers the most diverse slate of amenities and activities anywhere in the region, and we are seeking a full-time, year-round Custodian to join our Facilities Team, in Naples, FL.The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and two private beachfront restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land.

    To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and collaborative skills along with demonstrated experience in dealing with diverse personalities.

    You will need to have the ability to work individually and in a team environment.

    RequirementsWhat You'll DoCleans and sanitizes Foundation bathrooms Cleans various decks, boardwalks and walkways of the Foundation Cleans windows and floors of various Foundation buildings Empty trash cans at various Foundation locations and dispose of trash in the appropriate waste location and/or recycling locationWork outdoors in various weather conditions, work from a ladder or man lift, operate a pressure washer and leaf blowerOperates a housekeeping cart, licensed motor vehicle and tram as assignedRequirementsEducationMinimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described Skills & ExperienceAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stoop/bend/reach and must be able to stand for long periods of timeAbility to understand verbal and written instructions, along with the ability to read and write and speak English at a level required for successful job performanceAbility to safely operate a maintenance cart and licensed motor vehicle; must possess a Florida operator's license in good standing with an acceptable official driving recordKey CompetenciesAbility to work in a diverse environment with focus on customer service and teamworkWork cohesively with co-workers as part of a teamWork efficiently with minimal supervisionMust have effective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishEvery person joining our Foundation will share our
