Supports Head Coach with day-to-day operations including sales customer service recruiting training coaching and maintaining high store standards supervises all store employees in absence of Head Coach enforces company policies procedures corporate directives maintains corporate office business partner relationships
Responsibilities
- Maintains sales floor activities by walking visually inspecting the store making decisions regarding employee breaks observing employee interactions with customers BOH assignments
- Performs opening closing tasks ensuring products are visually appealing for next business day greets assists customers answers customer questions guides product selection providing excellent customer service accepts payment for purchases using POS machine audits sales transaction reports for accuracy discrepancies loss prevention strategy maintains store appearance throughout business hours restocking merchandise shelves folding apparel organizing shoe displays analyzes data devising sales strategy interacts with organization outside vendors monitors hourly team member sales adjusting where necessary.
