    Help Desk Support Technician with iManage; Level 1

    We are seeking a Help Desk Support Technician with advanced technical skills to provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely support for inbound tickets and phone calls.
    • Offer advanced technical support at the network level, including LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless.
    • Implement and maintain remote access solutions using VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
    • Maintain internal and client-facing documentation as changes or knowledge are found.
