Job summary
A Richmond-based property management firm is looking for a motivated and customer focused individual who is ready to assist our Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our beautiful historically-renovated downtown apartment communities.We offer our team members a competitive salary, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance,

Responsibilities
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures,Fair Housing,Americans with Disabilities Act,Fair Credit Reporting Act,and all other laws pertaining to apartments. ,
- Maintain occupancy while providing superior customer service to current tenants and prospective tenants. ,
- Support Property Manager and act as Manager in their absence. ,
- Assist with property marketing activities.
