Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant Caregiver to support individuals with diverse needs in their daily lives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and home health services, demonstrating a genuine commitment to improving clients' well-being. As a Personal Assistant Caregiver, you will deliver personalized assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and companionship, ensuring safety and dignity at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and record vital signs and observe changes in the client's condition to report to healthcare professionals as needed.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper meal planning and execution.
- Administer medications accurately following care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices safely to support mobility and prevent injury.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry.
- Support clients with transportation to appointments or community activities, promoting social engagement and independence.
Requirements
- Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is required.
- Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving responsibilities.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care needs is advantageous.

Client is looking for a caregiver to help them out in the facility that they live in.
Schedule :
Monday : 1pm-7pm
Tuesday : 7am-7pm
Wednesday : 1pm-7pm
Friday : 1pm-7pm
Sunday : 7am-7pm
Shift can be split You do not have to pick up each day if not wanted. MUST HAVE HOSPICE EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 30 per week
