Position Overview
In der Position als EHS Manager (w/m/d) werden Sie direkt an die Geschäftsführung am Standort Bremerhaven berichten. In dieser Position sind Sie Ansprechpartner für alle Themen bezüglich Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz für unsere Standorte in Bremerhaven und Bremen.
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Umwelt-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems
Sicherstellung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen, Kundenanforderungen, Konzern- und innerbetrieblichen Vorgaben
Betreuung des Abfallmanagement einschließlich der nötigen Dokumentation
Sicherstellung und Umsetzung von Umweltforderungen bezüglich REACH-/RoHS; Conflict Minerals, CO2 Emissionen, Corbon Footprint
Übernahme von lokalen Arbeitssicherheitsthemen wie Gefahrstoffmanagement, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
Sicherheitstechnische Überprüfung der Betriebs- und Arbeitsmittel
Ansprechpartner bei der Durchführung interner, konzerninterner und externer Audits
Überprüfen des Schulungsstandes sowie Durchführung von Unterweisungen im Bereich Umweltschutz und Arbeitssicherheit
Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung, Vorgesetzte und Konzernverantwortliche in allen Aspekten rund um Umweltmanagement ISO 14001 und Arbeitssicherheit
Regelmäßiges konzerninternes Reporting
Übernahme der Schnittstellenfunktion zu Behörden und Ämtern
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker im Bereich Umweltmanagement oder Arbeitsschutz ist wünschenswert. Erste Berufserfahrungen im EHS-Bereich sind von Vorteil. Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen.
