    Overview:

    Provide direct and indirect patient care to aid in their recovery and return to normal function post-illness and/or injury. Execute treatment programs as per the care plan, conduct modalities, educate patients, supervise PT Assistants, and PT Aides.

    Responsibilities:

    - Physical Therapy Assessment and Treatments

    - Client Care Coordination

    - Teaching, Supervision, and Counseling of Clients and Caregivers

    - Documentation and Communication

    - Supervision of Ancillary Staff

    - Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

    - Time Management and Plan of Care Development

    Qualifications:

    Capable of assisting in patient transfers, lifts, and functional activity training.

    Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree

    Preferred/Desired: Master's degree or doctorate

    Skills and Competencies:

    - Clear Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

    - Ability to maintain confidentiality

    - Proficient in Crisis Management

    - Strong Customer Service Skills

    - Knowledge of Electronic Health Records

    - Experience with Microsoft Office tools

    - Valid Driver's License with minimal violations

    Credentials:

    - PT - Physical Therapist

    - BLS - Basic Life Support certification

    Education:

    - Bachelor of Science (BS)

    Additional Information:

    Starting Salary: USD $38.81 per hour
