Position Specific Description

The client's wholly-owned insurance subsidiary and provides coverage to both affiliated and non-affiliated risks. The Palms finance team is an integral part of developing strategy for managing risk internally, risk transfer and executing strategy for growth at Palms.

Job Overview

The Insurance Operations Analyst will support the workflow process with regard to Palms Insurance Company Limited insurance and Palms Specialty Insurance Company, including reinsurance business underwriting, claims, and accounting. This role will ensure accurate Bordereaux data submitted on time, ingestion into the system and correspondence with internal (underwriting support, claims administration, and finance and accounting data, analysis, and reports) as well as external partners.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Manage incoming Bordereaux from program managers

Review and ensure Bordereaux submitted have accurate template format

Complete review of validation errors from Bordereaux ingestion, follow up with individual program managers for correction

Ensure and maintain accurate data within the LOC, written and affiliate Bordereaux trackers

Manage the LOC process

Manage OFAC check process

Develop and maintain relationships with key partners both internal and external

Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Performs other job-related duties as assigned
