    Job Title: Operator Trainer at Komatsu

    Job Overview: The Operator Trainer focuses on Drill products, assisting in developing course content for Mining Products/Systems, including objectives, instructor guides, and training materials.

    • Helps in creating PowerPoint presentations and eLearning modules for global trainers.
    • Participates in hands-on training and maintains updated course content.
    • Requires 5-7 years of experience in operator training programs for heavy equipment or mining applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop PowerPoint presentations and eLearning modules for global trainers.
    • Establish hands-on training through lab usage for in-house and field courses.
    • Ensure relevant course content delivery through personal job training.
    • Establish a communication network for updated course content.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in developing operator training programs for heavy equipment or mining.
    • Hands-on experience with the systems to be taught and instructional techniques.
    • Must have a valid passport for global travel.
