- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to speech-language therapy services in schools.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, focusing on improving munication skills and promoting participation in academic and social activities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and munication success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
