What We Need:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our HBF team in Hickory, NC Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment in a safe, dependable and timely manner that meets production and/or service needs


2nd shift:
Selects proper materials needed for job task.
Performs preventative maintenance as required.
Repairs drive units, hydraulic systems and bearing replacement.
Performs basic electrical repairs (Lights, receptacles and light wiring tasks)
Disassembles machinery and equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts (weights vary up to 50 lbs.).
Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in equipment. Lubricates and cleans parts.
Performs general tasks such as painting, plumbing, plant and grounds clean-up and other general maintenance items.
