    Carrier is hiring a Senior Project Manager in the Green Bay, WI area.

    This candidate will manage projects following project processes and, where applicable, provide direction to assisting Project Engineers within the service organization.

    High-Level professional with solid BAS knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects.

    Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.
    Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction

    Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projects.

    Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of the scope
    Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; Manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues
    2+ years of commercial project management experience
    ~2+ years of experience in building automation, electrical or HVAC industry
    ~ 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

    Bachelor's Degree
    Prior experience in Construction, HVAC, and/or Building Automation preferred
    Strong problem solving, planning, and project management skills
    PMP certification is preferred or working towards PMP Certification.
    Experience managing budgets for large construction projects.
    Experience managing project risk and earned value
    Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
    Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements
