    Job Summary Responsible for obtaining provider information for all COA professional billing, facility enrollment for new contracts and re-credentialing. Responsible for providing updated billing information to appropriate carriers to obtain and maintain provider numbers. Maintain complete, current, and accurate database and scanned image file on each medical provider for which COA bills professional claims. Education Requires a Bachelor#s degree, preferably in Health Services Administration, Business or health-related field and a minimum of 2 years experience healthcare experience. Experience will substitute for a degree with 5 or more years of experience. Experience Prior provider enrollment experience preferred. Medical terminology and understanding of billing and reimbursement processes required. Experience will substitute for a degree with 5 or more years of experience.
