- SUPPORT THE GREATEST POSSIBLE DEGREE OF INDEPENDENCE FOR PATIENTS CONDUCIVE TO THE SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND STATE/FEDERAL GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS.
