    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs. This role requires a high level of interaction with hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process.

    This is a remote role, but candidate must be located in the following states (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, or Tennessee).

    Qualifications

    • years of experience in corporate recruiting or a similar role.
    • track record of successfully filling a variety of high-volume roles within a corporate environment

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

    • and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

    Screening & Assessment

    • initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
    • and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    • and analyze pre-employment assessments as needed.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
    • on best practices in talent acquisition and labor market trends.
    • and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other relevant partners.

    Data Management & Reporting

    • accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions.
    • compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    Continuous Improvement

    • in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
    • current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
