    A successful executive will coordinate the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospect qualification, and leading the cross-functional pursuit team by providing clear direction on deal strategy: pricing, service, value proposition and presentation message.

    The focus for this position is on new sales, team selling, and solution selling.


    Financial Impact:
    Secure and exceed annual new account quota objectives assigned by Sales Leader yearly. Understand and develop effective packaging strategies in target accounts. Achieve strategic account growth objectives.

    Essential FunctionsIdentify, meet, and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers in new target accountsWork to understand the strategic role of packaging in target accountsLead the deal pursuit team:

    create deal strategy, including pursuit plan, pricing strategy and proposal plan of attackAdminister pipeline and maintain sales pipeline data accurately in sales systemDeal closing and contract negotiationWork collaboratively with Account Managers to support current account business once on-boardedAdditional ResponsibilitiesAchieve new account quotaDrive overall Revenue and Delivered Contribution by identifying and understanding the key business drivers of target accountsDeliver customized corrugated and packaging solutions that meet customer strategic objectivesUnderstand how Skybox solutions can be customized to meet customers needsDevelop long term strategy to grow Skybox presence in target accountsSkills And AbilitiesEnjoy meeting people and engaging with them across multiple social settings and platformsBuild lasting business relationships with key contacts and influencersUnderstand the key economic, political, and emotional drivers of deals and opportunitiesAbility to listen, write, and speak informatively, explain, and give instructionsDevelop and deliver effective presentationsEffective negotiation skillsDemonstrate problem solving skillsAbility to independently manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditionsAbility to effectively think, speak and act without preparationAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the target organizationAbility to influence internal and/or external constituentsAbility to maintain confidential informationAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamAbility to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlinesDemonstrate time management and priority setting skillsQualificationsThree (3) to five (5) years or more in selling corrugated packaging, packaging supplies, packaging automation or supply chain solutions or related B2B selling experience Ability to identify and develop new business relationships with key decision makers and influencers inside organizations that use packaging through prospecting, referrals, and network development Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Capable of delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs BA/BS degree or equivalentSkybox Packaging offers its employees excellent benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance with company HSA contribution, company paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability, company match 401k, & tuition reimbursement.
