    Essential Job Functions:

    · Responsible for maintaining all areas of the property in a safe, clean, and attractive manner.

    · Responsible for custodial work including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash and cleaning windows in all common areas.

    · Responsible for identifying, documenting, and repairing health and safety risks on the property.

    · Responsible for identifying, documenting, and coordinating complete, correct, and timely repairs to common areas where third party vendor participation is required.

    · Responsible for recording, tracking, and completing Yardi work orders on common areas and within residential units within established completion timelines.

    · Responsible for maintaining maintenance shop and storage areas in clean and organized manner, and property equipment in good condition.

    · Assist in the scheduling and turning of vacant units prior to resident occupancy.

    · Assist the Community Manager in annual apartment inspections.

    · Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding current contracts with vendors and suppliers.

    · Responsible for after-hour, weekend, and holiday emergency repair needs.

    · Manage and submit personal time and expenses on a weekly basis to the Supervisor.

    · Must possess a valid California Driver License.

    · Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

    · Must be able to read and speak English to effectively communicate between the Community Management team, residents, and between co-workers and supervisors.

    · Basic Math Skills.

    · Must have practical experience, working knowledge and ability to perform: Minor electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, etc

    Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

    · Minimum of a high school education or equivalent

    · Minimum two years or more of recent experience in apartment property management or a related field
