- Act as a subject matter expert in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IIoT, Smart Manufacturing Systems, or other Digital Transformation technologies.
- Architect and execute project plans while forecasting and mitigating technical issues.
- Deliver solutions as a technical lead, ensuring solution quality through planning, execution, and verification.
- Learn new techniques and technologies as required.
- Work independently in a collaborative environment without daily supervision.
- Participate in Pre-Sales efforts by defining scope, design, and estimation.
- Mentor and lead geographically distributed teams while supporting project management.
- Design and document system-level functionality for complex systems.
- Lead and support the project leadership team.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in multiple of the following: SQL, C#, JavaScript, Python, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in one of the following: Ignition (including Sepasoft), AVEVA, PI, MES, Workflow, Batch, Parsec Traksys, or Rockwell FactoryTalk products.
- Functional understanding of PLCs and HMIs.
- Willingness to oversee the quality of a solution.
- Availability for regular travel during project implementation and commissioning phases (30-40% travel expected).
