- Cable/harness design, build, and test
- Electronics board and box integration and test
- Electronics lab custodian
- Participation in tests and experiments
- EE Associateâ??s degree preferred
- Experience assembling and testing electronics systems
- Familiarity with the use of lab instruments and equipment: power supply configuration and set-up, oscilloscope operation and data capture, DMMs, voltage, current, and power measurements
- Familiarity with standard components and circuits (resistors, capacitors, etc.) preferred
- Any experience with schematic capture and layout tools (Altium, Pads, etc.) would be considered a bonus.

Fibertek is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, with the ability to perform a wide range of electronics technician tasks primarily involving the integration and test of electronics systems.
Fibertek is a leading developer of laser and electro-optical systems for the aerospace community, with key contributions to earth-sensing, laser communications, and lidar sensors for NASA, DoD, and commercial customers.
The Electronics Technician will perform a wide range of hands-on tasks related to the assembly, integration, and test of electronics circuit boards, systems and associated cabling/harnessing.
The Electronics Technician will work both independently and on small teams on projects that may include design, prototyping, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of components, circuitry, boards, and systems.
