Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our team due to high sales volume. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate customers on our product offerings.

Compensation

$38,000 - $55,000 annually (hourly rate: $15.00 plus commission)

Responsibilities

Promote exceptional customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth
Interact with customers to understand their needs and present sales opportunities for new/used cars
Collaborate with the BDC Manager and team to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for
Cross-train in internet lead and telephone sales prospecting roles
