Job Description

At Riverside Designs, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries and issues through email, phone, text, and other messaging platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will assist customers with their orders, manage returns, and uphold our commitment to satisfaction and quality service.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through various channels to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
Process orders and handle returns efficiently.
Use e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and Wayfair to manage customer interactions.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to offer solutions and support.
Analyze customer situations to determine the best outcome for both the customer and the company.
De-escalate and resolve conflicts with irritated customers in a professional manner.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and learn various e-commerce platforms.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with Shopify, Shipstation, Amazon, Etsy, and Wayfair is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
High level of personal integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be personable with customers.
