Position Overview

At Webco Industries, we're seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to drive improvements on the production floor. This role plays a critical part in shaping our manufacturing processes-enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety daily.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize equipment and processes for improved efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze production layouts and workflows to enhance workforce productivity.
• Collaborate with the General Business Manager to improve systems around production control, standard operating procedures, safety, and quality.

Junior mechanical engineers must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
