    Cytotechnologist

    Minimum Parking Cost: $1.25 per hour

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active New York State (NYS) Cytotechnologist License
    • Bachelor of Science degree
    • ASCP Registry certification and/or completion of an accredited Cytology School program
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience screening:
      • Gynecological (GYN) specimens
      • Non-gynecological (Non-GYN) specimens
      • Fine Needle Aspirations (FNA), including processing and immediate adequacy assessment
    • Experience with the Bethesda System for Cytology Reporting
    • ThinPrep Certification

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with cytology preparation work (GYN and Non-GYN specimens)
