The Systems Manager will manage a team of 5 experienced system engineers. Responsible for product roadmap creation and strategy for >30Volts input power management switch mode power supply Buck investment area. Influence core technology roadmap on process, package, IP and test. Lead and drive competitive analysis and internal positioning of roadmap devices. Identify and engage with lead customers to solicit feedback on key trends & product specifications. Manage technical aspect of product development process in kick-off, business case, customers use cases, and align on investment. Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers.
