    Description
    We have a direct hire position in Elverson PA area for an Electronic Engineer. Must be a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, no sponorship offered.

    As an integral member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support in the field of Electronic Engineering.

    Your responsibilities encompass the design, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment components within our cutting-edge industrial melting facility.

    Additionally, you will actively contribute to capital projects, provide assistance in maintenance activities, and undertake the following duties:


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Offer technical support in electrical and/or electronic engineering for our state-of-the-art industrial melting facility.
    Engineer, design, install, commission, and test new equipment and upgrades, with a focus on capital projects.
    Recommend modifications to enhance the reliability, quality, and productivity of site equipment.
    Collaborate with engineering and management to devise solutions for recurring problems.
    Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, equipment, and maintenance.
    Assist in troubleshooting unplanned downtime issues.
    Lead and support technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting large industrial power supplies, drives, and furnace components.
    Utilize meters, oscilloscopes, and other analyzers to troubleshoot and diagnose operating electrical systems.
    Generate reports documenting operational performance, achievements, projects, training, and maintenance work.


    Education and Experience:
    Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

    Possess 3-6 years of hands-on electrical/electronic experience, with a focus on industrial electronics and machine control systems, including PLCs and HMIs.

    Demonstrate proficiency in handling industrial power supplies, drives, motors, and controls, with the ability to troubleshoot electrical components in a high-voltage industrial setting.

    Competence in operating electrical test equipment, including meters, oscilloscopes, and other analyzers.
    Programming experience in PLC Ladder Logic, C/C++, C#, or C.net is desirable.
    Background or knowledge of mechanical systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, motor drives, etc.) is advantageous.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while effectively collaborating with personnel at all organizational levels.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with organizational and project management proficiency.
