If you answered "YES" to these questions, then you are exactly the type of person we want to hear from The Implementation Consultant is responsible for assisting in the implementation and adoption of Lucernex software by our clients.

    The Implementation Consultant may work directly with clients to ensure their success while implementing and utilizing Lucernex software.

    The Implementation Consultant may also work with senior implementation resources during an implementation, or phase of an implementation, to meet our clients' expectations.

    This includes analyzing and documenting recquirements, creating and organizing deliverables, collecting appropriate data, and advising, consulting, and coordinating with other project resources to successfully complete implementations.

    The Implementation Consultant will utilize implementation best practices on the product or service they are supporting, and is instrumental in effectively communicating to appropriate resources to ensure positive ongoing client experiences.


    Skills & Requirements Position Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field or equivalent work experience 2+ years of prior software training, consulting, implementation, or support experience Advanced knowledge os Microsoft Office products Experience generating and working with XML files Programming experience with Java/JavaScript System integration experience The ability to effectively communicate with external and internal customers Excellent presentation skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills The ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively, to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment Demonstrated success at building and maintaining client relationships Ability to travel up to 75% Valid State Issued Driver's License

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience implementing software applications within the retail or corporate real estate industry Business process mapping using Visio or a similar product Data migration experience Quality and process improvement experience
