Description

We are currently seeking a meticulous and efficient individual to join our team as a Material Handler.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely packaging of our high-quality products for shipment.

Hours M-F 630a-3p Pay $19+
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Package finished products according to provided instructions and specifications.
Ensure all necessary components and parts are included in each package.
Label packages accurately and clearly for shipment.
Assist in preparing component parts for assembly as needed.
Collaborate with the assembly team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Work under the guidance of experienced packers and supervisors.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self motivated with the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to adapt to changing processes.
Attention to detail and ability to follow packaging instructions accurately.
Respectful and cooperative attitude when interacting with coworkers.
Basic understanding of reading and interpreting work orders and labels.
Proficiency in basic mathematics for counting and measuring tasks.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in packaging or assembly preferred but not required.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay Details:
$19.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.

In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
