• Plan, coordinate, and execute the internal audit program, including scheduling, auditor readiness, reporting, and follow-up.

• Coordinate regulatory inspections and external audits (FDA, corporate, customer, certification bodies), supporting preparation, execution, and response activities.

• Govern the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process, ensuring timely, effective, and sustainable closure of audit findings and non-conformances.

• Maintain oversight of compliance-related programs, excluding GMP execution, to ensure systems are documented, verified, and sustained.

• Support management review processes by preparing compliance metrics, audit results, trends, and system health summaries.

• Partner with Food Safety Coordinators to ensure food safety programs are properly documented, verified, and audit-ready.

• Partner with the Sanitation & GMP Transformation Leader to ensure GMP findings flow through the CAPA and audit systems appropriately.

• Identify systemic compliance gaps and escalate risks to the Senior Compliance Manager with clear data and recommendations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening system discipline, standardization, and follow-through.
