    Job Description:
    As an IT Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating with suppliers to procure goods, materials, and services at optimal prices while adhering to stringent quality standards and process efficiencies

    Duties:


    Process non-strategic service and material purchase requests for IT-related items, including software, services, telecom, cyber, and hardware, ensuring adherence to specifications and scope.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Legal counsel to negotiate contractual terms and conditions, mitigating risks to the company while securing favorable agreements with suppliers.

    Coordinate contract change requests and ensure commercial, legal, and contractual compliance in procurement transactions.

    Facilitate supplier development, improve effectiveness, and drive down costs in collaboration with Supplier Quality and Performance, Strategic Sourcing, and Business Partners.

    Develop and implement sourcing management processes, metrics, and engage suppliers on operational, strategic, and financial issues.

    Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to procure high-quality products and services delivered on time and within budget.

    Proactively manage contracts to fully executed status, including spend and end dates.
    Champion continuous improvement initiatives to achieve process excellence and stay abreast of industry innovations.


    Skills Required:
    Previous experience in an Information Technology support role.

    Proficiency in business law, commercial terms and conditions, and related legal issues, with a focus on negotiations and competitive processes.

    Experience in IT contract development and management, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS contracting.
    Ability to provide guidance on sourcing management processes and engage suppliers on operational, strategic, and financial issues.
    Advanced ability to influence stakeholders, deliver customer service, and resolve issues effectively.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite, including advanced Excel, PowerBI, Service Now, and SAP.


    Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4-7 years of relevant industry experience demonstrating required abilities and performance.
    Basic knowledge of purchasing software and project management software.
