    Registered Nurse (RN) - Observation



    Job Description


    As a Registered Nurse at North Okaloosa Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

    Position Purpose:

    • Prepares patients for procedures
    • Receiving post cardiac patients and providing post procedure care
    • Conducts TEE, stress test and cardioversion testing
    • Provides various other services such as blood transfusion, medi-port access, lab draws and tilt table testing, or as assigned by Director

    Requirements:

    • Current/Active RN license
    • Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelors preferred
    • BLS & ACLS certifications through ARC or AHA required
    • Prior cardiac/critical care and/or 5-10 years nursing experience preferred
    • Knowledge of cardiac assessment and EKG interpretation
